Clean, comfortable standard room with wonderfully comfortable beds and a good breakfast experience that included specially made decaf coffee for my friend.

Diving into the local eats around Holiday Inn was a highlight. Mezeh Mediterranean Grill's falafel had me drooling! I loved the comfortable stay in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, it was spacious and just what we needed. The location is on point with quick access to tasty spots like Matchbox Pizza and Brother's Bar & Grill.

But oh boy, the manager's attitude was a letdown! It felt like a battle just to tweak our reservation. she could've used a lesson in hospitality. That sour moment almost overshadowed all the good vibes from the local scene.

I had a great stay in the Standard King Room. The checkout time was generous at noon, which made for a relaxed morning. The area was convenient, with a 711 nearby for quick snack runs.

I absolutely loved the charming atmosphere! The heated indoor pool was a joy to dive into, and the sun terrace was perfect for soaking up some rays. The location was a dream, right near so many shops and restaurants!

The staff here were the friendliest I've encountered. every person from check-in to housekeepers was genuinely nice. I had to switch rooms unexpectedly, but they handled it without a fuss and even helped my handicapped mother get settled in the new spot.

Honestly, it wasn't bargain basement pricing. but for the service I got, it was acceptable.
